This Adventure program is set to take place in a harsh outdoor environment. Therefore all participants must agree that there are inherent dangers & certain elements unpredictability that accompany the excitement. As such, all participants agrees to indemnify and keep Mudtrekker from any claims whatsoever and agree that they shall not hold Mudtrekker and its employers owner/s employees agents servants responsible nor held liable for any personal injury, mental anguish, loss of any kind whatsoever howsoever caused that may occur during the event.
Safe custody of personal items is the sole responsibility of the individual. Mudtrekker is not liable to compensate the Organizer for any losses of any items left unattended before, during and after the event.

Mode of Payment
- A 50% deposit and an undertaking letter are required upon confirmation of the function.
- Full payment is required two (2) weeks prior to the event departure date.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation or postponement of your event after confirmation with less than fourteen (14) days notice, the amount cannot be refunded or used for future functions as it serves as compensation for business loss that cannot be replaced under such short notice |
