Endau Rompin - Tiger Cave Falls
Brief
Tiger Falls (Air Terjun Harimau Jemur) is a new discovery (2001). It is made up of a series of 4 tiers. It is still rich in large timber trees and surrounding is almost un-touched, except for a small hut that has been erected by the local government for some little creature comfort.
We call this "the un-commercial" area of Endau Rompin as there are no structures built here (unlike the Endau Rompin central). The trip is ideal for families and the get-to-gather outings.
The name "Tiger Falls" came locally, as tigers are said to sun-bath on ledges that protrude out of the waterfall. During the season Swallow birds can be seen nesting in shallow caves under the waterfall.
The water, cascades over 4 levels before collecting at a pool which becomes a river. The track around the falls takes approximately 1 hour to complete. During the track you will see rock formations that proves that it has been in existence for many umpteen years.
Activities includes: Jungle Tracking, Canoeing and Fishing. Repelling will be conducted for groups of 15 people and above
