The key to harmonious and productive teams is coachability. If you and your co-workers are coachable, two things happen:

1. Team morale and productivity soar. 2. Participants learn Success Coaching skills and pass them on at work.

The secret is long term change for the better. As team members participate, they coach. As they coach, they master their success coaching skills.

Mudtrekker Team Adventure Program (TAP) is an instant-action team building program. It is a learning metaphor for a team to develop skills of Communication, Trust, Team Spirit, Motivation and self-discovery through the art of adventure bound activities.

SUMMARY

You will experience how to adapt and improvise to overcome different obstacles with the help of Mother Nature and a blend of team bonding activities. You must adapt to unfamiliar environment and obstacles and all the while working together and depending on one another to achieve the objective.

Venue and Duration

TAP is available to two locations, Lata Kijang, Negeri Sembilan and Endau Rompin Pahang. TAP is a 3 days and 2 night program.

The Corp.4X4WD is a journey of transformation. Conducted in teams, each team needs to manoeuvre across various terrains.		Mudtrekker Strategic Tactical Training Program uses paintball sports as an Experiential Learning metaphor for team building.		The game is played in teams and it is a race. However teams must complete their task along the way to successfully complete the race.

SURVIVOR		ORIENTEERING		CORPORATE RETREAT
A series of activities which will take participants down river and a short track to the Waterfall. The activity will give participants a feeling of team work in an environment not within  their control.		Orienteering is fun and challenging exercise. Participants in teams are equipped with a map and compass.		This retreat's objective is to provide executives a "reward". It is an outing which out of the ordinary; something that an individual would not be able to do.
