CJ Ong presently represents us as our Program Director. In his capacity, he coordinates all operations during trips and designs new programs. He also assists in developing and initiating new business set-ups.

CJ Ong attended secondary school and obtained his tertiary education in Sydney, Australia and thereafter worked a number of years there before returning home. He spent altogether 13 years aboard.

He started his working career in Australia as an Automotive Light Vehicle Engineer and is a member of the Australian Institute of Automotive and Mechanical Engineers. During his career in the automotive industry, he specialized in the initial stages of turbo technology for normal aspirated vehicles in Sydney. CJ then went forward to setup a workshop in Sydney that services general light vehicles whilst trading in importing and distribution of automotive parts. His career path changed when he returned to Malaysia.

CJ Ong returns to Malaysia in 1991. He joined Wembley Rubber Products assisting in transport and logistic management. In this area, his main includes the formulation of periodic maintenance schedules, policies and technical automotive training of management staff. He left in 1993 in his capacity as the Assistance Human Resource Manager managing a work force of 120 employees. As the hospitality industry is his main career aim, he joined Lanjut Beach Resort as the Resort Manager.

Lanjut Beach Resort is situated in Kuala Rompin, Pahang. It consists of 110 resort rooms and a golf course with beach frontage. In his capacity, he managed the day to day operation and the business development of the resort.

He then joined Tanco Resorts Berhad manages 7 properties in Malaysia and abroad. During his tenure at Tanco, CJ Ong set up the initial operations at Duta Sands, Kuantan and Duta Palms, Rawang. Duta Sands is a resort consisting of 50 resort rooms and is the first resort to have 20 luxurious beachfront caravans. Duta Palm is a community club with executive suites.

In his last corporate career, he was attached to Biztel Hotel and Resort Management Services at their Director of Technical Services. Biztel is company was established in 1993 to provide marketing, management and consultancy services to hotels, and technical assistance in Malaysia to better serve the fast developing hotel industry. The company has many properties under it wings (such as De Palma Hotel Chain, The MSN Hotel, Shah Alain, The Pines Apartment Hotel, New Guinea, Saba Hotel Towers, Yemen etc.)

In summary CJ has acquired a Diploma in Automotive Engineering, a registered member of the Institute o f Automotive and Mechanical Engineers and a Hotel Management Diploma from SHATEC.
